Cafe Alaya – 5/5 ⭐ Magalang, Pampanga Getting there? Super easy! No rough roads, just smooth driving all the way It's open Fridays (5–9 PM) and weekends (9 AM–9 PM) so it’s perfect for chill weekend dates or hangouts Food: We tried the Truffle Mushroom Pasta. It was actually good, though I’m not a fan of truffle — we ordered it since other pasta options weren’t available that time Drinks: I had the Matcha Latte — it was okay, but had a bit of an aftertaste My bf had the Salty Cream and said it was really good! So maybe I just picked the wrong one Place: Now THIS is where Cafe Alaya shines The ambiance is cozy, calm and very aesthetic. Perfect lighting, relaxing vibes and IG-worthy corners everywhere Plus, they’ve got a huge parking space (yay!) and the staff were super friendly and accommodating Overall: Even if the food we tried wasn’t my top pick, the experience was still great. Would love to come back and try the other dishes! A vibe-y, feel-good cafe worth visiting

A cozy spot tucked at the foot of the mountain. It’s peaceful, quiet, and far from the city buzz. The coffee is good for the price, very affordable, and the meals are just as satisfying. Perfect for a slow afternoon or a quiet evening. Heads-up: if you’re visiting late or at night, bring insect repellent — mosquitoes are part of the mountain charm. Cafe Alaya staff are kind to provide mosquito repellent coils, too.

Great cafe! I prefer the ambiance of this place more than the typical cafes you can find in the city. Al fresco dining + the staffs are really nice. Food and drinks are also affordable (less than 100 pesos) but taste so good! We tried their matcha latte and affogato. A few minutes drive coming from Angeles is worth it!

What comes into your mind when one drives around Ayala? For me, that’s its lush greenery and a good addition to that one is this hidden cafe but a very well known at that. I have tried both their coffee and food which are reasonably priced—simply the best in town!

Been a frequent customer for Alaya since they were just a front yard smaller scale starting coffee shop. And now it has turned into a much bigger weekend cafe which is a go-to for a lot more customers. Need I say more? Solid.
